Soalgro organized 4 training sessions for the partners of the project. The objective of these sessions was to provide training on the use of ACCT to both technicians from the partners and to experts that were especially invited to the workshops. The sessions also included an on-site assessment on a farm that will participate in the project.

The annual coordination meeting took place in october 2011 in Constance (Germany). The meeting focused on the assessments carried out during 2011 by all partners making use of ACCT. The partners discussed the possibilities for the Action Plans. In addition, other aspects of the project were analyzed (communication, 2012 perspectives, etc).
On 6-8th November 2012 the AgriClimateChange project held its annual coordination meeting in Perugia (Italy). Comunità Montana – Associazione die Comuni Trasimeno-Medio Tevere hosted the meeting at its headquarters. The agenda included the visit of staff from the LIFE Unit of the European Commission. The issues discussed during the meeting included the development of the action plans and the events for 2013, such as an European Conference to be hosted by Solagro in Toulouse (France) in October 2013.
On 9-12th April 2013 a meeting was held in Solagro's headquarters in Toulouse (France). The participants discussed the upcoming activities of the project, as well as the obtained achievements.
